This milestone deployment integrates Primal’s cutting-edge subscriber services directly into SSi’s network infrastructure, introducing next-generation, automation-driven voice messaging to the region.

Powered by the proprietary Primal Text Engine, the new AI Voicemail service replaces legacy, high-overhead voice systems with a dynamic, text-to-speech platform. The technology allows for immediate, automated creation of voicemail Telephone User Interface (TUI) prompts, eliminating traditional operational bottlenecks.
