The new voicemail solution, deployed in Nex-Tech Wireless’s Network Function Virtualization (NFV) environment, enhances the company’s VoLTE/5G network by integrating native Visual Voicemail for both Samsung Android and iPhone users.

This deployment comes in response to Nex-Tech Wireless's need to replace its outdated voicemail system, which was no longer directly supported by its original vendor. As part of their commitment to providing unrivaled customer service and staying competitive in the rapidly evolving wireless market, NTW sought a modern voicemail solution that could integrate seamlessly with their state-of-the-art Ericsson-based RAN and Core VoLTE/5G network.
