With smart phone access, service provider customers have direct access to their own personal settings and features with no interaction with customer service personnel.

Responsive Screens is the approach where the self-care pages would respond to a user’s behavior and environment based on screen size and orientation to provide the best viewing experience on the user’s device. This increases usability of the Self-care pages, especially for mobile devices.
