Primal Technologies announced today that the Primal OSP (Open Services Platform) is commercially deployed with Inland Cellular, providing IN Prepaid together with Voice Mail. Primal Technologies’ OSP allows wireless carriers to leverage all value-added applications on one system.

The Open Services Platform (OSP) with its many applications can be connected to the SS7 network and 4G SIP networks simultaneously, or on a customer's or Primal's cloud. Once connected to the IP network, subscribers can update their accounts and profiles from anywhere in the world via the WWW and their credit card. The Primal OSP can be scaled to support 10,000 to 1 Million+ subscribers allowing wireless service bureaus and MVNOs to scale their solution.
To administer, control and monitor the OSP the service provider utilizes Primal Skylight and Skynet. “Primal Skynet easily exceeds telecom expectations for a simple, highly-focused turnkey solution for subscriber provisioning, customer service management, and service administration, monitoring, alarming and reporting for a broad range of services including Advance Pay/Prepaid, CTS features, Promotions, SMSC, MMS and OTA. With Primal Skynet Customer Service can quickly access the data that is important to them”, said Michael Conway.
