Smart Phone Access to Visual Voice Mail

Utilizing open standards, Smart Phone users will be capable of accessing the Primal OSP to manage their voice mail account similar to the subscriber experience via the WWW. Starting with Android & iPhone in the 1st quarter of 2012, subscribers can download the VVM application from the Android Market or Apple Store and automatically connect to the Primal OSP for the Visual Voice Mail experience.

    Training in 2012

    Feedback has shown that the OSP training course initiative Primal introduced in 2010 is of great value to both our customers and Primal staff, and we will continue the training in 2012.

    The Primal OSP course consists of training sessions that allow new and old customers to work with Primal Engineers, Developers and other customers to better understand the detailed operation workings of the OSP. The course is offered to all Primal customers on a quarterly basis over two days at our corporate office.

    • Reboot and Backup Procedures
    • Oracle Database Overview
    • Skylight Overview
