Primal Technologies Inc has added Voice Conferencing to the Primal Service Node. Primal's Voice Conferencing application allows end users to create a 32 party conference call with no service provider assistance quickly and effectively. The PSN100 with Conferencing capability is designed to be interconnected to the Enterprise PBX or Central Office Class 5.

Primal Technologies Inc has launched and deployed its latest version of Primal Messenger for Unite Communications Inc. also of Toronto. Primal Messenger is a computer desktop/PDA graphical user interface (GUI) that allows service provider subscribers gain greater functionality of their telephony needs by initiating telephone calls as well as efficiently managing and monitoring voice and e-mail messages.

Primal Technologies Inc has signed a MOU to provide its latest PSN450 (Primal Service Node) solution with Caribbean Telecommunications Limited of Guyana. The PSN450 will provide prepaid wireless and prepaid long distance serving a population of one million along the country’s northern coast.

Primal Messenger has been introduced to allow subsribers on the PSN to manage their calls easily via their PC desktop or PDA. With Connect subscribers are able to make, receive, and monitor their calls with a simple "pop up" GUI. For more information click here.

Primal Technologies has added three new wireless IP (CDMA2000/GPRS) data capabilities to its existing IN voice applications on the PSN450. All three applications (Text-to-Phone, Conferencing, and 411 Directory Service) allow a subscriber to use a wireless PDA to establish voice calls to their customers via the telephone network.

March 2001

Primal Technologies Inc., has launched Fast Page, a free enhanced paging option for PCS subscribers who have text messaging capabilities. With a custom link embedded in the signature area of an e-mail, notifications are sent directly to a designated PCS phone by one simple "click". Using Primal's service node technology, Fast Page allows subscribers, business partners and customers to send numerical pages directly from the world wide web. For more information click here.
