Signs Telnet Worldwide For An Enhanced Services Solution For Michigan


Mississauga, May 4, 2004 - Primal Technologies Inc., ( www.primaltech.com) has signed a contract with Telnet Worldwide to provide a Primal Service Nodes PSN for enhanced services for their customers in the Michigan area. "Phone companies are continually looking for a single platform to provide numerous services for their customers,” said Michael Conway, vice president of Primal Technologies. Part of the Primal Technologies solution for Telnet Worldwide will include Voice Mail, Unified Messaging, and Conferencing.

Telnet Worldwide is leveraging the flexibility and openness of the Primal PSN Software to integrate with their TDM and IP network. With a wide range of support for Sun hardware, regional Telnet Worldwide can cost effectively provide new services to their customers with the right Sun Microsystems hardware with the right room for growth. "They had a requirement to install infrastructure proportionately to customer growth and Primal Technologies was able to demonstrate a feature rich platform that could do that for them"

To administer, control and monitor the PSNs Telnet Worldwide will utilize Primal Skylight. "Primal Skylight easily exceeds telecom expectations for a simple, highly-focused, system to administer the system from any desktop in the Telnet Worlwide office".
