Signs Myatel for A Prepaid Solution


Mississauga, September 3 2003 - Primal Technologies Inc., ( www.primaltech.com) has signed a contract with Myatel of Fort Lauderdale Florida to provide a Calling Card Prepaid solution. "Phone companies are continually looking for a single platform to rate and process international calls in real time” said Michael Conway, vice president of Primal Technologies. Primal Technologies solution for Myatel will also include One Number and Virtual Mailbox all as part of the Prepaid solution.

Myatel is leveraging the flexibility and openness of the Primal PSN Software to integrate with their VoIP network. With a wide range of solutions based on telco Sun hardware, regional CLECs can cost effectively provide new services to their subscribers with cost effective hardware that provides room for growth. To administer, control and monitor their revenue Myatel will utilize Primal Skylight. "Primal Skylight provides a comprehensive environment for a telecom operator to track mission critical applications and revenues on the PSN in real time."

"To effectively monitor the voice mails services on the PSN, the solution is offered with a tightly integrated network monitoring tool: Primal Skylight – a graphical user interface (GUI) that runs on the desktop and connects to the PSN which is processing all the voice calls," adds Conway. "This enhanced tool allows Network Operations, Customer Service and Marketing to administer the system easily and effectively."
