WWW Voice Mail 2.0 Offers
"The Complete" Unified Messaging Solution


TORONTO, March 17, 2003 – Primal Technologies Inc., ( www.primaltech.com) of Toronto, a provider of specialized intelligent network applications for the telecommunications carrier and service provider industries, has complemented its Unified Messaging offering with Version 2.0 of its WWW Interface for Voice Mail.

With WWW access from any computer desktop, subscribers gain access to Voice and Fax messages without picking up the phone. "Through the web customers can quickly browse all their messages without going through each message one at a time" says Primal's vice-president Product Development Michael Conway. WWW Voice Mail is a feature that works with all Primal Service Nodes. Once connected to the IP network and with proper Firewall protection, customers get their messages from anywhere in the world.

A secondary benefit that Primal Technologies customers are seeing is that subscribers are provisioning their services themselves which is greatly reducing the impact on the service provider’s Customer Service team. "In these challenging economic telecom times where costs are being reduced we see this value added feature as an extra bonus to carriers because subscribers are reacting positively to self administering their account".
