Primal Technologies has aggressively adapted and is deploying SIP Voice Mail solutions to the IP Telecom market. As promised by Primal Technologies, the OSP continues our elegant solution evolution of seamless multi-network support. With the wide range of OSP applications Primal has the capability to provide VoIP service providers with a wide range of attractive of enhanced services.

In the above network architecture the IP service provider will have interconnections to the PSTN in either MF/PRI or SS7. With this connection, the OSP easily converts TDM packets to IP packets that are sent to an IP phone. IP VoIP protocols supported today include MGCP and SIP. For service provider differentiation, Primal offers Primal Messenger that works on the desktop in conjunction with the IP phone. Subscribers will do their basic telephony features via the telephone that is connected through a Cable or DSL pipe, and for extra "bells and whistles" the subscriber will utilize Primal Messenger to experience a tightly integrated service all handled by the OSP.
