Voice Mail is a standard Enhanced service for any service provider
and Primal Technologies offers one of the most advanced open Voice Mail
systems to wireless and landline carriers today. Voice Mail running on
the OSP infrastructure allows for a scalable solution allowing a service
provider to grow the system as they grow their customer base. The OSP450
can support up to 320,000 subscribers on a single 32 T1 system, while the
OSP800 can support up to 120 T1/E1s.
Primal offers the tradition voice, fax, email as well as sophisticated
integrated Internet features. Primal Voice Mail can simultaneously support up to 9
languages allowing carriers to support large geographic areas with a single
solution.
Easily administered through Skylight, Primal Voice Mail allows a service provider
to offer a multitude of services. Services can be defined by service plans
or customized for each mailbox as desired by the customer.
With support for T1/E1, ISUP and VoIP and MWI via SMDI, SMS, TDM or
